Become A Tutor Registration Process
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Visit the Become a Tutor section and send the following details to info@alahadgroup.com:
- Your valid certifications and educational credentials
- CNIC scanned copied front & back
- Preferred availability schedule
- Your desired tutoring fee
Step 2: Application Review
Our team will carefully review your application within 5 business days. Once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email update regarding the status of your application.
Step 3: Demo Class
If shortlisted, we will schedule a demo class at a mutually convenient time between you and a prospective student.
Step 4: Final Confirmation
If your teaching style meets the student’s expectations and there is a good match, congratulations — you’re in! If not, don’t worry — your profile will remain active for future opportunities.

- Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years
- Subject Demand: Applications may be delayed or declined if the subject area currently has low student demand.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR TUTORS
At ALNASREEN ACADEMY, we strive to build a respectful and professional environment for all tutors and students. To ensure smooth collaboration, we kindly request all tutors to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Commission Policy
ALNASREEN ACADEMY charges 50% of the first month’s tuition fee as a one-time service commission for successfully referring a home tuition assignment.
Tuition Referrals and Communication
All tuition opportunities will be communicated to tutors via WhatsApp or phone call. If a tutor expresses interest and confirms availability, ALNASREEN ACADEMY will share the necessary details including the student’s name, contact information, and address. Upon receiving these details, tutors are expected to contact the parent/student promptly to schedule an initial meeting or demo session.
Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
All information shared by ALNASREEN ACADEMY is strictly confidential. Tutors are prohibited from sharing any tuition-related details with third parties. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from our network without a refund. In serious cases, ALNASREEN ACADEMY reserves the right to pursue legal action if the information shared was sensitive or misused.
Compliance and Monitoring
ALNASREEN ACADEMY reserves the right to take appropriate action against any tutor found in violation of our rules and regulations. This includes the cancellation of registration or the suspension of tuition assignments.
Tutors are requested to keep ALNASREEN ACADEMY updated about the status and progress of all assigned tuitions, especially during the trial/demo phase. Prompt communication is essential. Delayed or no response may result in cancellation of the tutor’s registration.
Demo Classes
We provide up to 2 demo classes for each assigned tuition opportunity. Tutors are expected to deliver these sessions professionally and punctually to help secure the assignment.
Registration Fee
A one-time registration fee of Rs. 1500 is required to activate your tutor profile and start receiving tuition referrals. This amount is refundable if no tuition is assigned within a period of three months from the date of registration.
